‘LifeReflected’ is a study of reflections in puddles, turned around to seem real.
In the reflections, a pavement becomes a starry sky, normality twists around itself into something bizarrely familiar. Turning the images around creates an immersive fantasy world that lies just beneath the watery surface.
The daunting, ‘other’ reality that is found in the reflective surfaces that surround us has always been one of my every day joys. I constantly look for them, and I see them everywhere. I see the beauty in all the small things and my desire to share this beauty with the world is what inspired me to become a photographer.
