I am a photographer and visual artist, born 1981 in Slovakia, I was raised in Germany, I spent my 20s in Botswana, have lived in Sweden from 2014-18 and have now moved back to Botswana.
My work is all about beauty, the beauty of those we don’t get to see in magazines, the beauty of dissonance, the beauty of the things that live in the shadows.

Having grown up as a third culture child who spent her twenties in Botswana has made me utterly aware of the otherness that I occupy. Home is everywhere for me so I can make my home anywhere.
I find myself in this world that is in between, and it is this variance that inspires most of my work. I am both inside and outside of the community. I am allowed a special viewpoint on reality, which I desire to share with the world.
